What are some ways to raise my vibration to relieve anxiety and stress?

Answer

Meditation is one way in which to raise your vibration. It raises your vibration because you let go and allow higher vibrating (source) energy to flow through your body by releasing your thoughts. You let go of the mental chatter and thereby allow energy to flow through your body. Conversely this means that your thoughts can curtail the amount of energy that you allow into your body.

 

Let's look at this another way. When you have thoughts that are of a low vibration then higher vibrational thoughts cannot permeate through your mind. The lower vibrating thoughts, create a blockage. Only when you allow, will the higher vibrational thoughts "flow". For instance, if you have thoughts of negativity which are of a lower vibration, then positive thoughts cannot flow through. You cannot force the higher vibrating energy to go through. You have to let go and allow it to happen. How do you allow? You allow through learning to relax.
