Spring is upon us again and it is one of my favorite times of the year. I always feel a natural urge to cleanse and let go of whatever accumulated during the winter season or may have been “lurking” for quite awhile but now I am at the vibrational level to “expel it”. As such, I thought it was more than appropriate to share with you a 30 or 60-day spiritual cleaning challenge. It is an excellent way to let go of yet another layer of lower vibrational energy!
Step 1: Subconscious Mind
- Figure out what is the “theme” of the predominate thought in your subconscious mind.
- This is an important step because it will be the guiding force for your entire cleanse. For instance, if you find that the “theme” for most of your subconscious thoughts relate to feeling unworthy, then you will tackle this self-limiting idea in the cleanse. Alternatively, if you find that you have several predominate thoughts (which is very normal by the way), then just pick one of them to address for this cleanse. Ultimately raising your vibration in one area, will help to raise your vibration in another area.
- Learn how to figure out what is in your subconscious mind.
Step 2: Source & Meditation
- Connect to your source through a daily meditation practice.
- Before you meditate, ask your source for the opposite of whatever you have found in your subconscious mind. For instance, using the example above, if the predominate thoughts are related to unworthiness, then ask your source for feelings of worthiness. Below are some examples on how you could word it.
- “Thank you for helping me to feel worthy"
- “Thank you for feelings of worthiness"
- “I feel worthy"
- “I am worthy"
- If you don’t already have a daily meditation, then try one of our guided meditations.

For instance, using the example above, if the predominate thoughts are related to unworthiness, then ask your source for feelings of worthiness. Below are some examples on how you could word it.
Step 3: Source and Inspiration
- Ask for spiritual inspiration
- This step is interrelated with step #2. Again, using the example above where you are working on feeling worthy, ask your source to show you inspirational signs or messages that let you know you are worthy. You can ask this at the end of your meditation or when you wake up in the morning. You can also set reminders to ask your source daily for these messages.
- Doing this step helps to strengthen your relationship with your source and also helps to keep you surrounded by messages that you are worthy. This will keep you motivated during your spiritual cleanse.
Step 4: Inspirational Book or Movie
- Read or reread a book related to a spiritual or healing area that inspires you. You can also watch an inspirational movie in these areas as well. Reading will help to re-align you back to essential philosophies and teachings. It will also help to keep you motivated on what is possible in this creative universe.
- Conversations with God Book 1 by Neale Donald Walsch
- Healing and the Law of Attraction by me
- Heal movie
- The New Earth by Eckhart Tolle
- The Secret movie
Step 5: Cleanse the Physical Body (Optional)
- You can optionally add in a physical component such as doing a liver cleanse. We recommend doing this because when you are doing a spiritual cleanse, the process will also affect your physical as well as emotional bodies. As a result, you will basically be purging physically, emotionally and spiritually. To help with this purging, you may want to consider supporting this process with some type of physical cleanse in order to keep your body functioning properly. Remember, this is a creative universe so everyone will be drawn to different ways to cleanse. If you have your go to methods or are guided to something different, then you are all set. If you need more guidance, try these guides below. (See note below if you are new to having a regular spiritual practice.)
- Basic Liver Cleanse Guide
- Eliminate processed foods
- Eat more leafy green vegetables - sprouts and micro greens are exceptionally good choices
- If you eat meat, limit your quantity and eat organic
- Use herbs to supplement - Dandelion root, milk thistle and turmeric are very useful for the liver.
- Drink freshly made raw vegetable juices
