Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 41

The power of being present or presence, can never be overstated. Presence frees you from chaotic thoughts in your mind that do not serve you. Presence keeps you in a state of allowing because again, you are not resisting by way of your negative thoughts. You are just grounded and in the present moment. You are literally “out of your mind” and not mulling over what happened in the past, or anticipating the future. You are like a tree, firmly rooted in this present moment.

Of course, thinking about the past or the future is neither good nor bad. It is just a choice. Your past and your future thoughts could be positive thoughts that uplift you, which also puts you in a state of allowing. However, if you tend to find that your thoughts are negative and are putting you in a state of resistance, then take on the task of practicing being in the present moment. It will be well worth the effort in the long run.

Remember this is not a race to the finish line. Learning to master the law of attraction requires persistence and patience. One of the common mistakes that people make is trying to rush the results.

Simple way to Practice

One simple way you can practice being present is to search for the tag #shiftmyvibe on social or a search engine. You will find plenty of posts to help you practice being present. The more you practice it, the more you get better at it. This is because you literally rewire your brain to do it.

Note: You will also find affirmations with the #shiftmyvibe hashtag. Use the affirmations to add to your new story as yet another way to allow by shifting your subconscious mind. #subconsciousShift

Remember, in a creative world, a mind that is not in a state of resistance is very powerful in a positive way. This is in opposition to a chaotic mind, that is constantly in a state of resistance and is powerfully creating things you do not desire to experience.
