It will be a weekend of renewal, healing and growth. There will be vendors and numerous presentations, all designed to help you in your spiritual journey. My presentation, Spirituality and Nutrition, will be on Sunday the 22nd. This presentation is based on my upcoming book, titled Nutrition and the Law of Attraction. This book will shine a new light on how we view nutrition and is expected to be released in November 2019. Note: Men are also welcome at this conference! ### Presentation Abstract In general, most people spend far too much time worrying about nutrition. The issues range from what current diet plan is best, should you eat meat, is dairy good for you, should you try this latest diet fad, etc. Even after a person makes a decision about their “nutritional plan of action,” doubt persists and there is still turmoil when they are eating. It doesn’t take much to realize that in our society there is a tremendous amount of confusion related to nutrition. Most people approach nutrition from a scientific perspective, however, despite knowing that we are spiritual beings in a physical body, many have not taken the leap to explore nutrition from a spiritual perspective. Many have not thought to re-align themselves with their spiritual essence in order to follow the path of nutrition that is uniquely suited for them. In this workshop, we will explore both experientially and through lecture spirituality and nutrition. Participants will be given a basic guideline on how to get started with exploring nutrition from a spiritual perspective. We will also do a short guided meditation to re-align with your spiritual essence and start getting answers.
