What does it mean to step back and be the witness to the chaos in your life? It literally means looking at your life in a way that you are not resisting what is happening. You are acknowledging that you have created the chaos because you understand the law of attraction but you are allowing it to unfold.
You are not looking at your life and getting angry at what has happened nor are you putting yourself in the role of the victim. You are stepping back and seeing it through the eyes of a conscious creator.
When you observe the "madness", do it in a lighthearted way. You can then truly see it for what it is and let go of it. It will no longer have the control over you. It will no longer be able to keep your attention and thereby hold you in that vibration.
You now become empowered to write your new story and to allow this new life to unfold. This [new story](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/184-tell-a-different-story) will move you to the [next vibrational level](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/227-what-is-raising-your-vibration). This new story will unfold faster because you are not holding yourself in the lower vibration by keeping your focus on it.
Keep your focus on the new story and you will move higher and higher up the [vibrational scale](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/227-what-is-raising-your-vibration). This is true spiritual growth and awakening.
