# Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 91

Is it wise to put your trust in the non-physical when it comes to your health? Why would a logically-minded person do that? Why would someone who is intelligent, knows about science/medicine hand it over to the "unknown?"
We are here are tell you that you can put your health in the hands of spirits - the non-physical, source, angels, or whatever you like to call it. You can do this because you were born with this connection to the non-physical.
You see, you are a spiritual being, housed in a physical body. You are not just some random "machine" placed here with a logical mind, tasked to figure it all out.
Learn to recognize this innate connection.
Learn to [embrace this spiritual power](https://www.seekwithinyou.com/blogs/288-law-of-attraction-weekly-thought-92) for your health and all aspects of your life.
If you really think about your past and possibly right now as you read this, you will see that you are being called to allow spirits to guide you. You can feel it in your "gut" or feel it in your body, but you are afraid to let go. You have spent your entire life being independent and being logical with every decision.
Source cannot speak to you or guide you to the truth if every chance you get, you continue to voice your truth from your limited/logical perspective. The non-physical has a wider perspective and "taps" into the infinite knowledge of the universe. As such the non-physical knows what is best from you based on the reality you have created in this world.
In fact, the non-physical has been giving you guidance from the beginning, however, most people are unaware of this.
In your society, you are not trained to recognize it. In fact, you are trained that it is nonsense. Most in the modern world, believe there is no such thing as spirit and even when they do, you are taught to fear it. There is so much mysticism about it that no wonder it is hard for you to let go.
We say start now in building your trust. You can heal because you are more powerful than you can imagine. However, you were never reach that potential if you stay in the ego/logical mind.
Go within and build that trust. We can help you and we will help you if you are willing to set upon this path.
If you are reading this, you were guided to it. Trust in that. If you still cannot let go, we will wait for you. We are always here, you just have to let go and allow.
