I am grateful for my body

Today and every day I am grateful for my body. I am grateful for it’s beauty and its curvatures. I am grateful that I have a body that works perfectly for me. I am in love with my body. I love my body.

 

Did you have trouble saying these words? Are you really grateful for your body and all that it is to you? This is your physical vector. Learn to love it. It is your creation. It is what you have created it to be. If you desire your body to be a different way, then create it to be. Do not hate it but love it. Love it and mold it into the creation you wish for it to be.

 

Start now. Start with meditation or start with simple routines you can use in order to start being grateful for your body. Try this simple technique to start the process of loving your body:

  • When you put on lotion or are rubbing soap on your body say the words, I love you. Yes, you are saying the words I love you to your body every time your hands touch your body.

 

30-day Challenge - try for 30-days and you will experience a shift in your perception of your body. Continue on after the 30-days too. You will want to continue the momentum.

 

Note: In the beginning it may feel uncomfortable to say these words, however, continue to do it. Eventually you will raise your vibration enough where it feels good. Chances are you may even shed some tears through the process. Each person is different, so your experience will be different. You are reversing all the years of self-condemnation and are taking back your power and your love for your body so be gentle to yourself on this healing journey.
