Connect to nature on a regular basis to relieve anxiety and stress. Practice the vibration of taking time for yourself to just let go and be “free” in nature. Nature has a way of reconnecting us to our true essence. When we truly immerse ourselves in the beauty and calmness of nature, we awaken to a better understanding of ourselves in relation to everything.

 

When you spend time in nature, leave everything behind. Be there and be present. You can do this by practicing spending time in nature in a mindful way. Pay attention on purpose to anything that strikes your attention. For instance, a bee hovering over a flower, a bird chirping in the tree or the shape of the clouds in the sky. Pay attention to the details in a nonjudgmental way. Just observe it as if this were the first time you had ever seen it in your life. Think of yourself as a curious child exploring nature for the first time.
