Do you have a routine to improve your health|Get into a habit

Do you have a routine for improving your health?  Have you set out goals?  Are you doing this routine everyday or on a consistent basis?  If you want to improve your health, you have to make a commitment to it? Don't wait until you receive news that your physical health has declined.  In actuality, your body has been giving you signs that you need to improve your health way before you start to see the physical manifestations of it.  Learn to listen to your body.  Your body is giving you signs by way of feelings.  When you feel good then you are vibrating at a level of health, when you are in a non-good feeling state, then you are in a non-healthy state.  When you vibrate at a non-healthy state for a long enough period, you will will eventually manifest a non-healthy physical state.  Another way to put this, is if you continue to put your body under stress for a long enough period, you will eventually see the signs of the stress on your body.  Don't wait until this point.  Your organs and body have such a "safety-factor" that a large portion of your organs has to diminish in order for you to see the physical manifestation of it.  Again, like I stated, you will be feeling the affects of your thoughts and associated emotions way before you see the affect.
