Law of Attraction Healing

Awaken to your innate power to heal

Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 7

All too often, there is a tendency for people to be very serious about what they are doing. There is a need to do something and do it “perfectly”. They push, push, push and try so hard that it almost takes the spark out of life. This is definitely the case when they feel they don’t have much time and have to force it.

Unfortunately, the result of the pushing is a tendency to cause restriction and resistance. This is something I find a lot for beginner meditators

Law of Attraction Weekly Thought 4

What many people fail to realize is that health is a practiced vibration, or in other words, staying or becoming healthy is something you have to “practice” all the time. Health is not something that you attain once and then can just treat your mind, body and spirit in whatever way you see fit and expect to stay healthy.

Yes, you may be doing what are commonly considered to be healthy practices in your society. However, in standard society there is not much focus on the “mind” or

What is Meditation

A brief search for a definition of meditation in your standard dictionary will produce several definitions similar to the following:

  • to engage in contemplation or reflection.
  • to engage in mental exercise (such as concentration on one’s breathing or repetition of a mantra) for the purpose of reaching a heightened level of spiritual awareness.
  • to focus on one’s thoughts: reflect on or ponder over.
  • to plan or project in the mind.

Let’s take out the definitions involving contemplation or reflection and stick moreso to the spiritual awareness aspect. As

Time to Reflect for the New Year

Many think of the New Year as a time to start over again because of all the “mistakes”, bad habits or failures that have happened. What many do not do is take the time to reflect on all the positive accomplishments, positive habits, positive feedback, or positive moments that have happened to them throughout the year. It is too easy to lament over the failures, missed chances, horrible moments, etc. It is far too easy to focus on the negative and try to use that as a spring

Now when you think of mindfulness or any type of meditation, you may not necessarily think of the correlation between the mind and the body. Well the mind-body connection is well-founded. In basic terms, a chaotic mind causes “chaos” in the body. If you hold the “chaotic vibration” long enough, then very profound blockages in the physical, mental/emotional and spiritual bodies occurs. These blockages are what many term “dis-ease”.

Worry about a situation causes stress hormones to be released. If you worry occasionally, then the stress hormones

Meditations for Emotional Constipation

Cure Your Emotional Constipation With Meditation

Emotional constipation might sound like a clever term we sometimes use to describe the times when our spirits are low, but the sad reality is that it’s a serious situation to be in that is sorely misunderstood.

Often confused with bouts of fatigue and depression, emotional constipation describes the state in which we are so overwhelmed by what’s going on around us that we shut down to the point where we can’t feel anything- or choose not to, in fear of the

Setting Intentions for a Life Transformation

As our nation celebrates Independence Day, use the principles of the law of attraction and start the process of setting your intention for your Declaration of Independence. This is a step not to be overlooked, because if you want to change the patterns of thoughts in your subconscious mind, you must first intend it. When you set your intention or make up your mind that this is what you want to experience, then you set forth the creative forces of the universe. This is the asking part of

Question

My husband drives me crazy! In the beginning he was so nice, but now I get easily annoyed with him. How can I improve my relationship with him?

Answer

When you are in a relationship, any type of relationship, it is easy to get “caught up” in what you don’t particularly like about the other person. In the beginning, one tends to enjoy the other person very much because whether you realize it or not, you tend to focus on the things you like in the

Law of Attraction Question on Meditation and what it can do

Question

How can meditation benefit me as I practice the Law of Attraction?

Answer

Meditation can help you shed your “skin” literally. Literally you are shedding away old layers of skin that do not serve you and bringing into light the new you. That new you will take many forms, depending on what you are shedding. For instance, if you are shedding an old angry vibe, then your new skin will be that of peace.

Now as we know, there are many layers to this peace.

If you

A hard day of work results in both a physical and mental/emotional contraction of your being. This is a result of the stressful thoughts that are persisting in your mind even after you leave the job. These thoughts are causing a stress response and are affecting you. These thoughts run anywhere from worrying about what is going to happen in the future to what has happened in the past. Generally these thoughts are not about what is happening in the present moment.

Can meditation be harmful is an interesting and somewhat complex question. First, it depends on your perspective. What do you deem as harmful? Let’s explore this question in depth and I will let you decide whether meditation is harmful.

What is the difference between a formal and informal meditation practice

I would say, the difference between a formal meditation practice and an informal meditation practice is one is done at a set time and one is done throughout the day. When you are doing a formal meditation practice you intentionally set aside a particular block of time that you are going to practice your meditation. When you do this, it allows you to train your mind more deeply. You can “get into” the meditation more with a formal meditation practice.

An informal meditation practice is something you
