In the Meditation for Health Program we apply the Keep It Simple concept.  We also relate to health in terms of energy.  In basic terms, when you feel good you are in a healthier state then when you feel bad.  It is as simple as that. 

 

Now there are ranges to feeling good and ranges to feeling bad.  For instance, for physical health, you could be experiencing a minor discomfort or you could be experiencing full blown chronic pain.  The latter is more in the lower range of feeling bad or feeling in a non-good feeling state.  The minor discomfort is more on the upper range of feeling in a non-good feeling state.

 

Vibrational Scale

Again, to Keep it Simple and make it easy to understand the above concept.  Let's arbitrarily assign values to feeling good from a scale of 0 to 100.  100 is your natural state of health.  It is a person who consistently vibrates at a level of feeling good.  Let's assign 0 as the lowest level in the feeling range. When you are at a level of 0, then you are at the lowest end of feeling bad. For instance, this could be analogous to someone who is chronically depressed or who has chronic pain.  They feel bad emotionally and physically on a consistent basis.

 

In between the highest level of feeling good and the lowest level of feeling bad is the shifting point. We will assign that the numerical value of 50.  As a result, when you are above the level of 50, you feel good and are in a healthier state, then when you are below this level.  Using the first example, a person who is experiencing minor discomfort would be closer to the 50 range then someone who is experiencing chronic pain. The person who is experiencing chronic pain would be lower on the scale.

 

Now how you feel will vary throughout the day.  Also, you may consistently feel good physically and not feel good emotionally or vice versa or both. The key concept of the program is to learn to monitor how you feel.  When you learn to monitor how you feel, you can then make the conscious choice to change to feeling good if you were not feeling good.  The concept is as simple as that. It is not important to wrangle over how good you feel, it is only important to feel good.  As you continue to vibrate at a level of feeling good, you will continue to move up the scale of feelings.

 

Let's give an example of this.  Let's say that there is a person with a chronic disease, that causes them to feel consistently bad.  Let's also say that this person was at around the 30 range level of feeling bad.   This person, practiced the Meditation for Health Program and steadily moved up the scale.  They moved into the 40 range and noticed they were feeling better, however, they still felt bad.  They just felt better than before.  They continued to direct their attention to feeling good and continued to raise their vibration until they eventually reached the point where they consistently vibrated above the level of 50.  Now they are in the healthy range and their body is much more healthy then before.  If they continue the process, they will continue to move up the scale and vibrate at 55, 60 and so forth.  They will continue to notice that they are feeling better and better on a consistent basis. 

 

Now you may ask yourself,  how could it be so easy to determine how you feel?  Well, it requires practice and a desire to want to learn the signs from your body.  Your body has been giving you signs about your health from the beginning, however, many people are not aware of the signs.  When I speak of signs, I speak of the signs of feelings.  These are the ways your body communicates with you in terms of your health.  In most cases, you were consistently feeling in a non-good feeling state before you were diagnosed with a disease or before you became depressed or emotionally distraught. For instance, a person in a bad marriage is more than likely feeling bad on a consistent basis emotionally and probably physically. If they continue to feel bad, this will lead to even more problems because they are sliding down the scale and getting closer and closer to zero.
