Positive or good feeling thoughts affect your health in a positive way. As a result, it is essential to get into the habit of thinking positive. Getting into the habit of thinking positively is a simple matter of training your mind to focus. The audio example given is a facile way to do this.
The basic concept is to raise your vibration to feeling good by focusing on something that feels good to you. This thought will lead to another good feeling thought, then another and so forth. When you get to the point when you start to feel good, turn your attention to your immediate surroundings such as your bed or pillow. Then focus on creating your day in the morning by saying words such as "I am going to sleep now and I will awaken refreshed, happy and thinking good feeling thoughts in the morning". As you do this nightly routine on a regular basis, you build momentum in the area of positive thinking and you train your mind to feel good. Starting out your day feeling good is a great way to set your vibrational tone for the remainder of the day.

Gratitude List|Alternative Method
Another way to raise your vibration is to give thanks for everything you are grateful for in your life. Just start listing that which you are grateful for and soon the list of what you are grateful for will come to your mind quickly. Be creative and each night think of at least one different thing for which to be grateful.
