Trying to monitor your thoughts is an overwhelming task. Especially when you consider on average, the untrained mind have thousands of thoughts/day. That doesn’t even account for the subconscious thoughts! Ahhhh….

It is much easier and a better use of time to monitor how you feel. Get grounded in your body and learn how to monitor the shifts in your physical as well as emotional states. These will be an indication as to your alignment with your Spiritual Guides and your conscious creations (including your health). When you feel good, you are in alignment. When you feel bad, you are out of alignment or turning your boat upstream.

Feeling bad emotionally or mentally, is associated with hatred, fear, depression, worry, pessimism and doubt. Feeling bad physically is associated with pain, constriction and any disharmony of the physical state. Feeling bad spiritually is associated with hopelessness, feeling disconnected and not having a sense of purpose.
