As we all know, focusing on results not happening is one key mistake in practicing the law of attraction. Remember, what you focus on manifests itself in your reality. The more you focus on what is not happening, the more you feel bad and the more you create a reality in which what you desire does not appear. In other words, if you believe it will not appear, then that is what manifests.

What is Feeling Bad?

Feeling bad is a generic term that we use to describe disharmony in the mental/emotional, physical and/or spiritual state. Feeling bad literally means your thoughts are out of alignment and your source is letting you know this through feelings. It is an intimate form of communication from your source to let you know, on a continuous basis, your level of alignment or allowing.

The problem is that most people are disconnected from how they feel and/or don’t associate the sensations with their thoughts - mostly subconscious. Society has trained you to believe that certain things are normal in the body. As a result, when these things occur, there is no natural inclination to believe it is a result of thoughts.

For instance, an ache in your stomach, feeling anxious, feeling worried, feeling a pain in your back, feeling pressure in your head, etc are all examples of feeling bad. If you really start to be mindful of your feelings, you will instantly notice the physical and emotional affects of your thoughts. It is really an amazing awakening.
