Setting Intentions for a Life Transformation

As our nation celebrates Independence Day, use the principles of the law of attraction and start the process of setting your intention for your Declaration of Independence. This is a step not to be overlooked, because if you want to change the patterns of thoughts in your subconscious mind, you must first intend it. When you set your intention or make up your mind that this is what you want to experience, then you set forth the creative forces of the universe. This is the asking part of consciously creating with the law of attraction.

Of course, there are more steps to a life transformation then just stating your intentions or writing it down. In order for the intent to literally "uproot" the old subconscious patterns, one must focus on it until one believes it and one becomes it. For now though, let’s take one step at a time and write down your declaration.

The exercises below will help direct your focus on what you would like to become or how you would like to transform your life. Remember, setting your intention is the first step in accomplishing a goal. You can’t reach a target that is ill-defined.
