What many people fail to realize is that health is a practiced vibration, or in other words, staying or becoming healthy is something you have to “practice” all the time. Health is not something that you attain once and then can just treat your mind, body and spirit in whatever way you see fit and expect to stay healthy.

Yes, you may be doing what are commonly considered to be healthy practices in your society. However, in standard society there is not much focus on the “mind” or the mental aspect of health. The Mind-Body correlation is not very well incorporated into standard practice, although it is well known as a contributing factor. Most think of the Mind-Body connection as a separate factor or a correlating factor but hardly ever the root cause. They feel it is very important in causing stress related ailments but it usually doesn’t go much further than that. It doesn’t move forward to the creative universe, where we stand, and how that stress causes you to continually remain in a lower vibratory state. When you are in a lower vibratory state, more often then you are in a higher vibratory state, then you keep yourself at a vibrational level where you will attract conditions that result in disharmony of the mind, body and spirit.

In order to stay healthy or become healthy, you must maintain a higher vibrational state more often than a lower vibrational state. A good way to determine your vibrational state is by the way you feel. If you consistently feel good, then you are in a higher vibrational state. However, if you consistently feel bad, then you spend more time in a lower vibratory state. Examples of lower vibratory states are anger, frustration, pain, exhaustion, guilt, fear, worry, upset stomach, cramping, etc.
