Take time for yourself

Our mission is to awaken and inspire you to your own innate power to heal and that cannot be overstated. As such, while it is important to understand your role in healing, it is also important to put into practice what you have learned based on the teachings. This means taking the steps to create an overall environment of health. If you are like most, you may be reading a few things here and there, get inspired and then the inspiration eventually wanes. There will be several reasons for this but regardless of the reason, we are here to assist you on ways you can put these actions in to your holistic routine.

One of the practical aspects of practicing law of attraction healing is taking time for yourself. We know, we have emphasized this a lot, but let’s really take action on this. Let’s do something about all the reasons why you haven’t kept up with taking time out for yourself.

  • Raises your vibration
  • Allows
  • Makes you feel good
  • Relaxes you
  • Gets you into alignment with your highest desires
  • Improves your health (mental/emotional, physical and spiritual)
  • Improves your connection to source
  • Allows your source to communicate with you more easily
    Note: Most of what we have listed above are interrelated. When you do one, you ultimately do them all.

    Set a Calendar Reminder

    One of the best things you can implement into your routine is a calendar or todo list reminder. You can set the reminder or reminders for whatever routine(s) you feel will enhance your health. For instance, taking an epsom salt bath and reading a book, getting a massage, taking an art class, getting acupuncture, going for a hike, getting a colonic (for some this definitely doesn’t sound relaxing), etc.

    The reminders I use are for inspirational quotes, messages from my source, and for routine self-healing practices. I set them to give me notifications at various times during the month. Some reminders are set every other day, some every 3 or 4 days, some every week and even some are every month or two.

    I know you may be thinking that I am a little obsessive about my timers. Well one could say that, but I tell you that it literally helps immerse me in a matrix of positivity. The more you can immerse yourself in this matrix, the more you can maintain that level of vibration. It also helps me to maintain balance in this world as well as keeps me aware of the things I should be doing so that I don’t get caught up in the daily grind of life.
