What we are recommending, is that you start to develop this relationship. Take a subject or two at a time and incorporate spiritual guidance. For the rest of your journey, get help from a qualified professional.
Changing too much at once could cause confusion. Seek the help of doctors, practitioners, coaches, therapists or counselors, but understand your role in the healing process. What is most important is your alignment with source. Regardless of what decisions you make concerning what professionals you see, what foods you decide to eat, what exercises you do, what water you drink; regardless of all of that, the main factor is to feel whether or not you are in alignment. If you are out of alignment, take action to get into alignment as much as you can and as long as you can.
